| Meet the Team
 Ferdinand F. Becker, M.D., F.A.C.S., was educated at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and received his M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1965. He completed his internship and surgical residency at Charity Hospital of Louisiana. Dr. Becker furthered his training by completing a residency otolaryngology (head and neck surgery). He is Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has been consecutively listed in the respected reference source The Best Doctors In America since its inception in 1992. Further he is also listed in America's Top Doctors, America's Cosmetic Doctors and Dentists and the Guide to America's Top Physicians. Dr. Becker also received the William Wright Award from the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons for excellence in and contributions to the specialty of facial plastic surgery in September 1995. The Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons established the annual Ferdinand F. Becker Lectureship in Facial Plastic Surgery in 1990, and in April 2003, Dr. Becker was given the distinction of being the Guest of Honor at the annual convention of the F.S.D.S, during which he was recognized as "the foremost facial plastic surgeon in Florida."
Dr. Becker is married and has three children. He is a supporter of the Center for the Arts, Riverside Theatre, Samaritan Center and Women’s Refuge.
Dr. Becker holds active staff privileges at Indian River Memorial Hospital in Vero Beach, Florida. He served as Chief of Head and Neck Surgery from 1986-89 and has been a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida College of Medicine since 1989.
Juan Giachino, M.D., P.A., F.A.C.S. (Body Contouring)
With over 25 years in Practice, Dr. Giachino specializes exclusively in body contouring surgery at the Center, offering liposuction, tummy tucks and breast enhancement. Dr. Giachino is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Joe Greco, PhD., P.A.C. (Hair Restoration)
With over 20 years of exclusively performing hair transplantation, Dr. Greco has developed several techniques, concepts and instruments currently used in the field of hair restoration, bringing him international acclaim.
Jane Cerniglia, A.R.N.P. (IPL and Vein Therapy)
Mrs. Cerniglia specializes in vein therapy and photorejuvenation with intense pulse light at the center. She has over 22 years experience as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
 Penny Forsten, Medical Aesthetician (Skin Care)
Ms. Forsten has more than 10 years experience in the skin care industry and is a licensed aesthetician focusing on medical skin care.
The Center
The Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Laser Surgery Center combines luxury and state-of-the-art surgical  facility in a welcoming office setting where furnishings are designed to offer patients the utmost in personal comfort as well as aesthetics. This center for excellence features a state-of-the-art surgical area where all procedures can be performed in complete privacy. Our facility is equipped with the latest modern equipment and instruments including a laser for skin resurfacing, an IPL/photorejuvenation machine, and a hair removal laser. Permanent makeup applications and spider vein injections are also available for your convenience.
The Center also features a skin care center where you can receive macrodermabrasions, facials, custom blended cosmetics, and other medically directed skin care treatments.
The Center brings together specialists who are at the forefront of their fields – from facial cosmetic surgery and skin care to body contouring, hair restoration and vein therapy. Members of the Center’s medical staff have specialized in their respective fields for an average of more than 20 years, and have performed literally thousands of procedures throughout that time.
